Both!  Tufted rugs can be used in low-traffic areas (no shoes) or hung on the wall.  Art you can touch and display on the floor or wall or a plant mat or coaster.  The possibilities are endless!  In some instances, premade tufted rugs are specifically created to be hung on the wall and backed with hardboard.

Yarn Rambo only tufts with top-of-the-line materials.  All art pieces are tufted with either recycled cotton or wool on Primary Tufting Cloth (PTC), backed with recycled premium felt, and professionally bound..  Long answer short, the materials she uses are significantly more expensive than big box store materials (i.e., acrylic yarn, burlap, monk cloth).
